The Sattva group has taken big steps into co-working with Simpliwork in Bengaluru. The group acquired ownership in the flexi-office space player Simliwork in Bengaluru. With a growing demand for flexi spaces by corporates the company has added close to about 4 million sq ft in the last two years. Unbending to the pandemic woes, Simpliwork delivered 1 million sq ft of space during the months of June and July in 2021. Another 1 million sq ft is under development. Leading players like Lufthansa and Amazon are part of its esteemed clientele. Today the company has an area of 3.6 million sq ft. under management in this space.
