Sattva Endeavor aims to be a landmark Grade A single iconic office tower in the heart of Electronic City, Bengaluru. The office tower has exceptionally large grids allowing for column free workspaces as well as for optimizing the parking efficiency. The core is strategically placed in the south to allow for an all-around expandable unobstructed working space with daylight access and peripheral views. The lifts are zoned specifically for the low and high zones for efficient handling of traffic and a dedicated pair of jump lifts service the basements for better access/security control.
Most of the parking for the facility is limited to the basement and podium levels with mechanical parking systems. The elevation of the podium parking levels are concealed using a mix of aluminium perforated panels and green wall to create a unique façade feature which enhances the visual experience of the observer.
The development also boasts of 1.25 acres of green area divided between the ground floor and second floor podium. A curved pedestrian ramp connects these levels of green whose gentle slope allows the observer to access unhindered views of the landscape towards the north of the site. The landscape area also includes various outdoor sports and recreational amenities to ensure that the development becomes a hub for recreation and interaction.
The facility is aiming for IGBC Platinum certification for its sustainability initiatives throughout the development.
