    Sattva Spectrum is located in a prominent locality next to Wipro office on Sarjapura Road in Bengaluru and in close proximity of IT talents working in and around Outer Ring Road. Conceived as a modern Grade A Office Tower, the building has solid protection from South west and Westerly direction heat by passive massing design.
